The invention provides an AI detection method and device for illegal emergency lane occupation based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to carry out the inspection of a target road along a preset route, and controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to collect an inspection image corresponding to the target road at a first focal length; executing a vehicle detection task and a lane segmentation task for the inspection image through a pre-trained multi-task detection model to obtain a vehicle detection result and an emergency lane segmentation result so as to judge whether a vehicle located in an emergency lane in the target road exists or not; if yes, controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to collect a vehicle image corresponding to the vehicle at a second focal length; and obtaining an illegal occupation detection result and/or a license plate recognition result based on the vehicle image. According to the method, the condition that the vehicle illegally occupies the emergency lane can be accurately detected, the calculation amount required for detecting illegally occupying the emergency lane can be remarkably reduced, and the requirement on hardware and the detection cost can be reduced.

    本发明提供了一种基于无人机的违法占用应急车道的AI检测方法及装置,包括:控制无人机沿预设航线对目标道路进行巡检,并控制无人机以第一焦距采集目标道路对应的巡检图像;通过预先训练的多任务检测模型,针对巡检图像执行车辆检测任务和车道分割任务,得到车辆检测结果和应急车道分割结果,以判断是否存在位于目标道路中的应急车道内的车辆;如果是,控制无人机以第二焦距采集车辆对应的车辆图像;基于车辆图像得到违法占用检测结果和/或车牌识别结果。本发明可以准确地对车辆违法占用应急车道的情况进行检测,还可以显著降低检测违法占用应急车道所需的运算量,有助于降低对硬件的要求和检测成本。
