The corrosion-resistant high-entropy damping alloy also has a martensite phase with a close-packed hexagonal structure, forms a double-phase coexistence crystal structure, can be obtained by adding 15-25% of manganese, 15-20% of chromium, 5-15% of cobalt and the balance of iron, has a higher corrosion resistance-strength-damping ratio, can achieve better damping vibration attenuation and corrosion resistance under the same material strength, and can be used for manufacturing the high-entropy damping alloy. And the high-entropy damping alloy bracket has longer service life, the frequency of maintenance and replacement is reduced, and the maintenance cost is further reduced.

    本发明涉及合金技术领域,具体涉及一种用于电梯曳引机支架的高熵阻尼合金及其制备工艺,高熵阻尼合金元素组成按原子数百分比含量分别为锰15~25%,铬15~20%,钴5%~15%,铁40%~60%,成型后的高熵合金材料具有由面心立方结构的奥氏体相,还具有密排六方结构的马氏体相,组成双相共存晶体结构,通过添加锰15~25%,铬15~20%,钴5%~15%,余量为铁,可以得到耐蚀高熵阻尼合金,具有更高的耐蚀‑强度‑阻尼比,相同材料强度下可以达到更优的阻尼减振性以及耐蚀性,高熵阻尼合金支架具有更长的使用寿命,减少了维护和更换的频率,进一步降低了维护成本。
