The invention relates to an elevator operation mechanical damping test method based on traction machine current characteristic analysis, which comprises the following steps of: 1, measuring in an elevator machine room, opening a power supply cover at a power supply wire inlet end of a traction machine, and clamping one phase in a three-phase power supply of the traction machine by using a clip-on ammeter; the method comprises the following steps of: (1) marking an elevator car middle layer (when an elevator car and a counterweight intersect) on a traction steel wire rope of the elevator, (3) gradually loading a standard weight in the elevator car, enabling the elevator to run up and down once in the whole course when 10% of rated load capacity is loaded, and measuring and recording the current of a traction machine at the intersection moment of the elevator car and the counterweight; 4, the recorded current value of the traction machine is imported into an EXCEL table, an ascending/descending current-load percentage diagram is drawn through the current value and a load percentage value (the ratio of the actual load capacity to the rated load capacity in a lift car) to obtain a linear equation y = a + bx, 5, the load capacity percentage corresponding to the current zero point position is found out through the linear equation y = a + bx, and the traction machine is obtained. The weight corresponding to the difference value between the balance coefficient and the balance coefficient (the load percentage corresponding to the intersection of the ascending current and the descending current) is the running damping of the ascending/descending elevator mechanical system of the lift car, the energy efficiency level of the elevator is detected, and the energy efficiency performance of the elevator during production is improved.
本发明的一种基于曳引机电流特征分析的电梯运行机械阻尼测试方法,该方法为:1、在电梯机房测量,打开曳引机电源进线端电源盖,用钳形电流表夹住曳引机三相电源中的一相;2、在电梯的曳引钢丝绳上做好轿厢中间层(轿厢与对重交汇时)标志,3、在轿厢内逐步加载标准砝码,每加载10%的额定载重量,电梯全程上下运行一次,测量当轿厢和对重交汇瞬间的曳引机电流并记录;4、将记录的曳引机电流数值导入EXCEL表,并通过电流数值和载荷百分比值(轿厢内实际载重量与额定载重量比值)绘出上行/下行电流‑载荷百分比图,来获得线性方程式y=a+bx,5、通过线性方程式y=a+bx找出电流零点位置对应的载重量百分比,其与平衡系数(上行电流与下行电流交叉处所对应的载荷百分比)的差值所对应的重量即为轿厢上/下行电梯机械系统运行阻尼,本发明对电梯能效水平的检测,提高电梯的生产时能效的性能。
