The invention relates to a claw hook type mechanism separation method, belongs to the technical field of spacecrafts, and solves the problems that in the prior art, when a pyrotechnic separation device is separated from a target object, accompanying objects are generated, pollution is likely to be generated, repeated use cannot be achieved, and the separation speed of the pyrotechnic separation device and the target object cannot be accurately controlled. The method comprises the steps that S101, a target object is placed, and a separation spring is compressed; step S102, compressing and releasing the spring; step S103, fixing a target object; step S104, mounting the claw hook type mechanism on the spacecraft or a corresponding mechanism; s105, the separation pin is pulled out; step S106, releasing the target object; and step S107, separating a target object. According to the invention, flying accompanying objects and pollutants are not generated in the separation process, the claw hook type mechanism can be reused, and meanwhile, the speed of separating a target object can be accurately controlled.

    本发明涉及一种抓钩式机构分离方法,属于航天器技术领域,解决了现有技术中火工分离装置在与目标物分离时具有产生伴飞物、易产生污染、不可重复使用的缺陷以及不能精确控制与目标物的分离速度的问题。本发明包括步骤S101:放置目标物,压缩分离弹簧;步骤S102:压缩释放弹簧;步骤S103:固定目标物;步骤S104:将抓钩式机构安装在航天器或对应机构上;步骤S105:拔出分离销;步骤S106:释放目标物;步骤S107:分离目标物。本发明实现了分离过程中不产生伴飞物、不产生污染物且所述抓钩式机构可以重复利用,同时还可以实现精确控制目标物分离时的速度。
