The invention discloses an adjustable mounting structure and method for an engine of a double-fuselage unmanned aerial vehicle. The adjustable mounting structure comprises a front butt joint lug, a rear butt joint lug, a hanging frame, a connecting rod, a rod end knuckle bearing, an engine mounting flange and an engine main mounting joint. The front butt joint lug piece is connected with an engine main installation joint through a screw, the rear butt joint lug piece and the engine installation flange are connected through a bolt and a self-locking nut, and the connecting piece for connecting the rear butt joint lug piece and the engine installation flange is formed by changing the depth, screwed into the connecting rod, of the rod end knuckle bearing and changing the overall length of the rod end knuckle bearing and the connecting rod. And the connecting piece is connected to the rear butt joint lug and the engine mounting flange through a bolt and a self-locking nut. By means of the adjustable connecting piece, the problems that in the part manufacturing process, produced connecting pieces with large errors cannot be used and are prone to deformation in the using process are solved, the utilization rate and safety of the connecting piece are improved, and the economic cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种用于双机身无人机发动机的可调安装结构及安装方法,包括:前对接耳片、后对接耳片、吊挂架、连接杆、杆端关节轴承、发动机安装法兰和发动机机主安装节。通过螺钉将前对接耳片与发动机主安装节连接,通过螺栓和自锁螺母将后对接耳片和发动机安装法兰,通过改变杆端关节轴承旋入连接杆的深度,改变杆端关节轴承与连接杆的整体长度,形成连接后对接耳片和发动机安装法兰的连接件,通过螺栓和自锁螺母将连接件连接于后对接耳片和发动机安装法兰。通过这种可调节的连接件避免了在零部件制造过程中生产出误差较大的连接件无法使用以及使用过程中易形变的问题,提高了连接件的利用率和安全性,节约了经济成本。
