The invention provides an engine mounting frame for an aero-engine with an unconventional mounting hole site. The engine mounting frame is only composed of the two supports and the back plate, the structure is simple, and machining is convenient. The appearance of the engine mounting rack is designed according to the characteristics of engine hole sites, and unconventional mounting hole sites are changed into conventional mounting hole sites, so that the engine mounting rack can be conveniently mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle. The structure of the engine mounting rack is simplified by combining an engine structure, and lightening holes are formed, so that the weight of the engine mounting rack is reduced while the strength and rigidity of the whole structure are ensured. The engine mounting frame is light in weight, convenient to use, safe, reliable, simple in structure and beneficial to improving the flight performance of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
本发明针对一种具有非常规安装孔位的航空发动机提出一种发动机安装架。该发动机安装架仅由两个支架及一块背板组成,结构简单,加工方便。针对发动机孔位特点设计发动机安装架的外形,并将非常规安装孔位转为常规安装孔位,便于在无人机上进行安装。结合发动机结构简化发动机安装架结构,并开设减轻孔,在保证整体结构的强度和刚度的同时减小发动机安装架的重量。根据本发明的发动机安装架重量轻、使用方便、安全可靠、构造简单,有利于提高无人机的飞行性能。
