The present disclosure provides a frame configured to connect to an arm. The frame includes a top wall, a bottom wall opposite to the top wall, a receiving space between the top wall and the bottom wall. The receiving space is configured to accommodate at least a portion of the arm. A hold member is arranged at one of the top wall and the bottom wall. The hold member abuts against the arm to generate a holding force to hold the arm between the top wall and the bottom wall when the arm is in an unfolded position. The present disclosure further provides an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The hold member abuts against an extension member of the arm to generate the holding force to hold the arm between the top wall and the bottom wall when the arm is in the unfolded position.
