The invention provides a regulation and control method for preventing a braking fault train from tailgating a preceding train, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a train tracking model through analyzing a train operation state in a train tracking scene; the minimum non-collision distance of the two trains is obtained through calculation by solving the train tracking model; judging whether the two trains are collided or not according to the minimum non-collision distance, and if yes, obtaining a position-time relation graph of the two trains during operation through calculation; and based on the position-time relation diagrams of the two trains during operation, the operation state of the forward train or the running route of the rear braking fault train is adjusted. According to the method, by establishing the traction-braking model containing the failure coefficient, tracking details of the two vehicles under the condition that the displacement and the speed change continuously are quantified; and then a calculation strategy of the scheduling system in a failure scene is given. According to the method provided by the invention, a design basis is provided for the scheduling system to arrange the emergency plan, and the train safety operation system is further perfected.

    本发明提供一种防范制动故障列车追尾前行列车的调控方法,包括:通过分析列车追踪场景下的列车运行状态,构建列车追踪模型;通过求解列车追踪模型,计算获得两列列车的最小不相撞距离;通过最小不相撞距离判断两列列车是否会发生相撞,若是,则通过计算获得两列列车运行时的位置—时间关系图;基于两列列车运行时的位置—时间关系图,对前行列车的运行状态或后方制动故障列车的行驶路线进行调整。本发明通过建立含有失效系数的牵引—制动模型,量化了两车在位移以及速度不断变化情况下的追踪细节;然后给出了在失效场景下,调度系统的计算策略。本发明提供的方法为调度系统编排应急预案提供了设计依据,进一步完善了列车安全运行体系。
