The data transmitter is arranged on the tire and is designed to generate a deformation signal by measuring or sensing the frequency and amplitude of the vibration or bending of the tire when a specific area passes through the contact interface of the corresponding tire with the ground, and the data transmitter is designed to transmit the deformation signal of the tire and the detected tire pressure to the central processing unit, and the central processing unit detects the deviation based on the difference between the deformation signal and the detected pressure.
