The monitoring system comprises operation state monitoring and terrain monitoring. The intelligent metering unit is used for monitoring the use environment of the energy and the running speed of the vehicle in real time, the detection of the data is convenient for a follow-up automatic control system to find a scheme with the minimum total energy consumption according to the storage condition of the energy and the use efficiency of the energy, and corresponding operation is executed according to the scheme; wherein the use environment of the energy comprises air pressure and temperature around the energy, the air pressure sensor is used for monitoring the air pressure condition of the environment outside the energy, the air temperature sensor is used for monitoring the temperature around the energy, and the speed measurement sensor is used for monitoring the running speed rate of the all-terrain vehicle.
