The invention relates to a special vehicle suspension system and a control method thereof. The special vehicle suspension system comprises a vehicle frame, wheels, a steering knuckle and a shock absorber. The steering knuckles are rotationally connected with the wheels; one ends of the upper cantilever and the lower cantilever are hinged with the frame, and the other ends are in spherical hinge connection with the steering knuckle through spherical joints; the controller is fixed on the frame or the upper cantilever; a friction generator is also arranged in the spherical joint and is electrically connected with the controller; the shock absorber comprises a magneto-rheological shock absorber and an air spring which are arranged in parallel, one end of the magneto-rheological shock absorber and one end of the air spring are connected with the lower cantilever, the other end of the magneto-rheological shock absorber and the other end of the air spring are connected with the frame, and the controller outputs control instructions to the air spring and the magneto-rheological shock absorber. Therefore, the rigidity characteristic of the air spring and the damping characteristic of the magnetorheological damper are changed. According to the suspension system, vibration energy in the vehicle running process can be recycled by arranging the friction generator.

    本发明涉及一种特种车辆悬架系统及其控制方法,该特种车辆悬架系统包括:车架、车轮、转向节,减振器;所述转向节与所述车轮转动连接;上、下悬臂一端与所述车架铰接,另一端通过球形接头与所述转向节球铰连接;控制器,固定在所述车架或上悬臂上;所述球形接头内还设置有摩擦发电机,所述摩擦发电机与所述控制器电连接;所述减振器包括并联设置的磁流变减振器与空气弹簧,所述磁流变减振器以及空气弹簧的一端与所述下悬臂连接,另一端与所述车架连接,所述控制器向空气弹簧以及磁流变减振器输出控制指令,以改变空气弹簧的刚度特性和磁流变减振器的阻尼特性。该悬架系统通过设置摩擦发电机可将车辆运行中振动能量进行回收。
