The invention discloses a battery compartment battery abnormity processing method based on a new energy automobile battery swap station, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, building communication connection between a battery swap station platform and a station control system, and building communication connection between the station control system and a charging module, a PLC, and a water cooling system; step 2, when a battery in the battery compartment breaks down, reporting the fault to a station control system through a charging module; step 3, the station control system receives the fault information reported by the charging module, and performs different processing management and control according to the classification definition of the fault; in the step 3, the fault information is divided into six grades according to different fault information, and the fault grades comprise a first-level fault, a second-level fault, a third-level fault, a fourth-level fault, a fifth-level fault and a sixth-level fault; and step 4, when the fault needs to be handled by personnel, reporting the fault to a battery swap station platform, notifying related personnel to carry out maintenance processing, carrying out real-time management and control on the battery in the battery swap station and carrying out grading processing on the battery fault, thereby realizing guarantee of personnel life safety and property safety.

    本发明公开了一种基于新能源汽车换电站的电池仓电池异常处理方法,包括以下步骤,步骤1、换电站平台与站控系统建立通讯连接,且站控系统与充电模块、PLC和水冷系统建立通讯连接;步骤2、电池仓内电池出现故障,通过充电模块上报至站控系统;步骤3、站控系统接收到充电模块上报的故障信息,根据故障的分级定义进行不同的处理管控;所述步骤3中,根据故障信息的不同并分成六个等级,故障等级包括:一级故障、二级故障、三级故障、四级故障、五级故障和六级故障;步骤4、故障需要人员处理时上报换电站平台,通知相关人员进行维修处理,对换电站内电池的实时管控和对电池故障的分级处理,实现人员生命安全和财产安全的保障。
