The invention discloses an aircraft nose cone bending deformation driving device based on shape memory alloy springs, the aircraft nose cone bending deformation driving device comprises a main driving part, the main driving part comprises a base I, three SMA springs and a lead screw nut transmission assembly, and the base I is connected with a compact rotary driving mechanism composed of the three SMA springs; the compact rotary driving mechanism is connected with the lead screw nut transmission assembly and is used for outputting rotary motion when the three SMA springs are heated in sequence and contract; the lead screw nut transmission mechanism is connected with a nose cone framework of the aircraft and used for amplifying rotary motion and then outputting the rotary motion in a linear displacement mode, and then the nose cone framework is driven to be bent and deformed. A power source is a compact rotary driving mechanism driven by three SMA springs, an SMA spring driver and spiral transmission are ingeniously combined, and the requirement for bending deformation of the nose cone under the actual working condition is met through the reinforcement effect and the self-locking effect of spiral transmission.

    本发明公开了一种基于形状记忆合金弹簧的飞行器头锥弯曲变形驱动装置,包括主驱动部分,所述主驱动部分包括底座Ⅰ、三根SMA弹簧、丝杠螺母传动组件,所述底座Ⅰ上连接有由所述三根SMA弹簧组成的紧凑型旋转驱动机构;所述紧凑型旋转驱动机构与所述丝杠螺母传动组件连接,用于在三根SMA弹簧先后加热发生收缩运动时输出旋转运动;所述丝杠螺母传动机构与飞行器的头锥骨架连接,用于将旋转运动放大后,以线性位移的形式输出,进而驱动所述头锥骨架发生弯曲变形。本发明动力源为三根SMA弹簧驱动的紧凑型旋转驱动机构,通过将SMA弹簧驱动器和螺旋传动巧妙结合起来,利用螺旋传动的增力效果和自锁作用满足头锥在实际工况下弯曲变形的需要。
