A third pump of a hydraulic pump set in the system is connected with an oil inlet P of a landing leg telescopic valve, and a telescopic switching valve in the landing leg telescopic valve is connected with the oil inlet P of the landing leg telescopic valve; a first working oil port and a second working oil port of the locking valve are connected with a fifth working oil port of the telescopic switching valve, a third working oil port of the locking valve is connected with rod cavities of the horizontal oil cylinders, the vertical oil cylinders and the fifth supporting leg oil cylinders, and a fourth working oil port of the locking valve is connected with a sixth working oil port of the telescopic switching valve. When the suspension arm is in a non-folding state, the locking valve is not electrified, the right position works, at the moment, no matter the telescopic switching valve is in an upper position or a lower position, an oil outlet of the telescopic switching valve is directly connected with an oil return opening through the locking valve, pressure unloading is achieved, and locking is achieved when the horizontal oil cylinder, the vertical oil cylinder and the fifth supporting leg oil cylinder do not act. According to the invention, the unloading of the oil inlet path can be realized when the landing leg handle is mistakenly operated in the loading operation, and the locking function of misoperation is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机上下车互锁系统及起重机,所述系统中液压泵组的第三联泵连接支腿伸缩阀的进油口P,所述支腿伸缩阀内的伸缩切换阀与支腿伸缩阀的进油口P连接;锁止阀的第一、第二工作油口均连接伸缩切换阀第五工作油口,锁止阀第三工作油口连接各水平油缸、垂直油缸、第五支腿油缸的有杆腔,锁止阀第四工作油口连接伸缩切换阀第六工作油口;吊臂处于非收车状态时锁止阀不得电,右位工作,此时伸缩切换阀无论处于上位或者下位,其出油口均通过锁止阀与回油口直接相连,实现压力卸荷,水平油缸、垂直油缸、第五支腿油缸无动作实现锁止。本发明能够实现上车作业误操作支腿手柄时进油路的卸荷,达到误操纵的锁止功能。
