The invention relates to the technical field of underwater vehicles, and provides a bow rudder retracting device which comprises a left bow rudder, a right bow rudder, a guide rail, a driving assembly, a left linkage rod and a right linkage rod, the guide rail comprises a first guide rail section and a second guide rail section, the extending directions of the first guide rail section and the second guide rail section are the same, the left bow rudder is arranged on the first guide rail section, and the right bow rudder is arranged on the second guide rail section. The right bow rudder is arranged on the second guide rail section; the driving assembly comprises a rotating rod and a driving motor, the rotating rod comprises a first end, a second end and a connecting part, the connecting part is located between the first end and the second end, and the connecting part is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor; one end of the left linkage rod is rotationally connected with the left bow rudder, and the other end is rotationally connected with the first end; one end of the right linkage rod is rotatably connected with the right bow rudder, and the other end is rotatably connected with the second end. According to the bow rudder retracting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the occupied space of the bow rudder retracting device can be reduced, and meanwhile, synchronous retraction and release of the left bow rudder and the right bow rudder are ensured.
