The braking energy recovery efficiency of the electric commercial vehicle can be improved, the endurance mileage is increased, and the driving comfort is improved.

    一种电动汽车制动能量回收扭矩处理方法及装置,获取电动汽车的制动踏板开度,若电动汽车的制动踏板在预设开度上限,根据电动汽车的动力系统参数以及电动汽车的车辆行驶速度,计算电动汽车的动力系统最大能量回收扭矩;若电动汽车的制动踏板未处在预设开度上限,获取电动汽车的制动踏板的实际开度值k,及电动汽车的制动踏板在实际开度值k下的制动踏板系数#imgabs0#;根据电动汽车的动力系统最大能量回收扭矩,以及制动踏板系数#imgabs1#,计算实际开度值k下的驾驶员期望力矩#imgabs2#;利用得到的驾驶员期望力矩#imgabs3#和电动汽车的变速箱指定挡位速比,计算电机期望制动扭矩。本发明能够提高电动商用车制动能量回收效率,提升续航里程,提高驾驶舒适性。
