The lower end of the vertical telescopic piece is connected with the contact bottom plate and used for achieving lifting and falling of the contact bottom plate, and the second horizontal telescopic piece is used for adjusting Y-direction displacement of the rack supporting leg. A bottom plate of the rack connecting piece is in sliding connection with the second horizontal telescopic piece, a top plate of the rack connecting piece is used for being connected with a rack, and a guide beam can penetrate through the position between the bottom plate and the top plate.
