The invention belongs to the technical field of lithium ion battery ternary precursors, and particularly relates to a high-specific-surface-area high-nickel ternary precursor oxide and a preparation method and application thereof. The high-specific-surface-area high-nickel ternary precursor oxide prepared by adopting the method disclosed by the invention is larger in specific surface area which can reach 180.19 m < 2 >/g, high in tap density, loose and porous in particle and high in overall consistency, and the electrochemical performance of a positive electrode material can be effectively improved when the positive electrode material is prepared. By adjusting the temperature and time of the calcining process, the sphericity of later forming is improved, the half-width peak of the ternary precursor oxide is effectively adjusted, and the specific surface area is controlled while the content of moisture and organic impurities is effectively reduced. According to the preparation method, the loose and porous high-nickel ternary precursor hydroxide is subjected to oxidation modification, so that the prepared ternary precursor oxide is more stable in structure and has greater advantages in subsequent preparation of the ternary positive electrode material.

    本发明属于锂离子电池三元前驱体技术领域,具体涉及一种高比表面积高镍三元前驱体氧化物及其制备方法和应用。采用本发明公开的方法制备得到的高比表面积高镍三元前驱体氧化物的比表面积更大,可以达到180.19m2/g,振实密度高,且颗粒疏松多孔,整体一致性高,在制备正极材料时,能够有效的提高正极材料的电化学性能。本发明通过调整煅烧过程的温度和时间,在保证有效的减少水分和有机物杂质含量的同时,提高后期成型的球形度,有效的调整三元前驱体氧化物的半宽峰,控制比表面积。本发明通过对疏松多孔的高镍三元前驱体氢氧化物的氧化改造,制备的三元前驱体氧化物的结构更稳定,在后续三元正极材料的制备中优势更大。
