The invention discloses a ship monitoring method and system based on a virtual electronic fence, and the method comprises the steps: collecting ship position data in an AIS system, and carrying out the data preprocessing of the ship position data; and analyzing and calculating the preprocessed ship position data by using a stream processing engine, and judging whether the ship position data is in a preset electronic fence in real time: if the ship position data is not in the preset electronic fence, determining that the ship position data is invalid, namely losing ship position information, and if not, determining that the ship position data is invalid. Pushing alarm information to a visual interface of the monitoring system for warning; and if the ship position data is in the preset electronic fence, determining that the ship position data is valid, and pushing the ship position data to a visual interface of a monitoring system for position indication. Through the data processing technology, the identification accuracy of the monitoring data is improved, and the data transmission efficiency of the monitoring system is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于虚拟电子围栏的船舶监控方法及系统,包括:采集AIS系统中的船舶位置数据,并对其进行数据预处理;利用流处理引擎对预处理后的所述船舶位置数据进行分析计算,实时判断所述船舶位置数据是否在预设电子围栏内:若所述船舶位置数据不在所述预设电子围栏内,则所述船舶位置数据失效,即失去船舶位置信息,推送报警信息至监控系统可视化界面进行警示;若所述船舶位置数据在所述预设电子围栏内,则所述船舶位置数据有效,推送所述船舶位置数据至监控系统可视化界面进行位置示意。本发明通过数据处理技术,提高对监测数据的识别准确度,提升监控系统的数据传输效率。
