The invention discloses an expressway service area cooperative control method and system based on congestion duration prediction. According to the invention, the traffic state prediction model is trained based on historical traffic state data, and the traffic congestion condition is judged by setting the congestion speed threshold, so that the traffic congestion duration is predicted. And then, according to the predicted congestion duration, evaluating whether a service area management and control measure needs to be started or not, and when service area management and control need to be adopted, preferentially starting a traffic guidance information board, issuing traffic indication information, guiding a vehicle to enter the service area and reducing the upstream incoming flow in the service area at the upstream of the congestion, thereby reducing the congestion scale. In addition, according to a traffic jam wave theory and a ramp control theory, the property and the duration of traffic jam are further judged, and a signal lamp of an exit ramp of a service area is turned on at a proper time to control the output flow of the service area. Through the cooperative control strategy of service area traffic guidance and exit ramp control, traffic jam can be effectively relieved.
本发明公开了一种基于拥堵时长预测的高速公路服务区协同控制方法及系统。本发明基于历史交通状态数据训练了交通状态预测模型,并通过设定拥堵速度阈值判定交通拥堵状况,实现对交通拥堵时长的预测。然后,根据预测的拥堵持续时间,评估是否需启动服务区管控措施,在需采取服务区管控时,优先在拥堵上游的服务区启动交通诱导信息板,发布交通指示信息,引导车辆驶入服务区,减轻上游来流量,从而降低拥堵规模。另外本发明依据交通拥堵波理论和匝道控制理论,进一步判定交通拥堵的性质及时长,并在适当时机开启服务区出口匝道的信号灯,控制服务区出流量。本发明通过这种服务区交通诱导与出口匝道控制的协同控制策略,能有效缓解交通拥堵。
