The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic systems, in particular to a highway severe weather congestion node prediction method and an emergency response system, and the method comprises the following steps: data collection and preprocessing: obtaining real-time video streams from continuous cameras deployed along a highway; pre-optimization: performing pre-optimization on the video stream, including reducing the frame rate, compressing the image quality and reducing the data volume; key indexes are extracted, the key indexes comprise the vehicle density, the average vehicle speed and abnormal events, and the abnormal events comprise parking, retrograding and collision; and high-risk video screening: screening out a high-risk video region according to the key index. According to the invention, the processing capability of the traffic management system under the condition of massive video input can be obviously improved, and rapid and accurate traffic jam prediction can be realized, so that the road safety and the traffic efficiency are improved.

    本发明涉及智能交通系统技术领域,具体地说,涉及高速公路恶劣天气拥堵节点预测方法及应急响应系统,包括以下步骤:数据采集与预处理:从部署在高速公路沿线的连续摄像头获取实时视频流;前置优化:对视频流进行前置优化,包括降低帧率和压缩画质,减少数据量;关键指标提取:提取关键指标,包括车辆密度、平均车速和异常事件,其中,异常事件包括停车、逆行以及碰撞;高风险视频筛选:根据所述关键指标,筛选出高风险视频区域。本发明能够显著提高交通管理系统在面对海量视频输入下的处理能力,并实现快速、准确的交通拥堵预测,从而提升道路安全性和通行效率。
