A low-disturbance terrain-adaptive deep sea cobalt-rich crust mining vehicle comprises a crawler vehicle body frame, a crawler walking system, a crushing and collecting system, a mechanical arm system, an ore processing system and an electric control system. The ore processing system is arranged above a rotating platform in front of the crawler body frame, the electric control system is arranged above the rear of the crawler body frame, the mechanical arm system is connected with the front top of the ore processing system and the top of the crushing and collecting system, and the crawler walking system is located at the corner of the crawler body frame and connected with the crawler body frame through a spring hydraulic rod and a driving shaft. Jet flow slotting and vibration stripping modes are adopted to disturb and crush crusts, and a rotary paddle is arranged at the head of the hydraulic mine collecting pipeline. A warped edge type triangular four-crawler walking device is adopted, the positions of the guide wheels and the forms of the crawlers are automatically adjusted, and good ground attachment is achieved; a thumb track ruler is adopted to improve the road holding force in different forms; an auxiliary propelling device is arranged to provide emergency guarantee. According to the invention, high-efficiency walking in complex terrains and seabed low-disturbance crusting crushing collection can be realized.

    一种低扰动自适应地形的深海富钴结壳采矿车,包括履带车体架、履带行走系统、破碎采集系统、机械臂系统、矿石处理系统、电控系统。所述矿石处理系统设于履带车体架前部旋转平台上方,电控系统设于履带车体架后部上方,机械臂系统连接矿石处理系统前顶部与破碎采集系统顶部,履带行走系统位于车体架角部,通过弹簧液压杆、驱动轴与车体架连接。采用射流开槽、振动剥离方式对结壳进行扰动破碎,水力集矿管道头部设置旋转拨片桨。采用翘边型三角四履带行走装置,引导轮位置、履带形态自动调节,实现良好地面贴合;采用拇指履尺提升不同形态下抓地力;设置辅助推进装置提供应急保障。本发明能够实现复杂地形高效行走且海底低扰动结壳破碎采集。
