Wherein the upper end of the crawler main supporting arm is fixedly connected with the mining vehicle frame, the lower end is provided with a supporting sliding shaft arranged in a supporting sliding groove, the upper end of the crawler adjusting arm is hinged to the mining vehicle frame, and the lower end is provided with an adjusting sliding shaft arranged in a corresponding adjusting sliding groove. The deep-sea mining vehicle can adapt to changes of local convex and continuous rugged topography in a deep-sea mining area, and the vehicle body posture stability in the driving process of the deep-sea mining vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种深海采矿车地形自适应稳定行走履带装置,其中履带系统包括履带台架和履带,履带台架下侧设有多组履带支重轮组件,履带支重轮组件包括可摆动的支重轮杆和履带支重轮,履带依次绕过履带驱动轮、履带张紧轮和各个履带支重轮,履带台架上设有多组支重轮避震组件,并且支重轮避震组件下端与对应的支重轮杆相抵,履带台架上设有履带主支撑臂、履带调整臂、支撑滑槽和调整滑槽,其中履带主支撑臂上端与采矿车框架固连、下端设有支撑滑轴置于支撑滑槽中,履带调整臂上端与采矿车框架铰接、下端设有调整滑轴置于对应的调整滑槽中。本发明能够适应深海矿区局部凸以及连续起伏地形的变化,保证了深海采矿车行驶过程中的车身姿态稳定。
