The invention discloses a low-position installation method for a quayside container crane. The low-position installation method comprises the following steps that S1, a lower structure of the crane is assembled and fixed; s2, supporting seats are installed on a sea side lower cross beam and a land side lower cross beam of the lower structure, and the upper structure of the crane is sequentially installed on the lower structure; and S3, lifting devices are installed on the lower structure and the upper structure, and the upper structure is lifted to a working position through the lifting devices and fixed. According to the method, general assembly can be carried out without large hoisting equipment or a special site, streamlined operation can be achieved, the operation efficiency is improved, the cost is effectively reduced, and benefits are increased.

    本发明公开了一种岸边集装箱起重机低位安装方法,包括以下步骤:S1,将起重机的下部结构进行组装并固定;S2,在下部结构的海侧下横梁和陆侧下横梁上安装支撑座,并依次将起重机的上部结构安装在下部结构上;S3,在下部结构和上部结构上安装提升装置,通过提升装置将所述上部结构提升至工作位并进行固定。本发明能够达到不需要大型起重设备,也不需要特殊场地就可以进行总装,可以实现流水化作业,提高作业效率,有效降低成本,增加效益。
