The invention provides a deviation rectifying and rail falling method for a quayside container crane, which comprises the following steps of: S1, arranging a partial load beam and a vertical jack assembly at the lower part of a balance beam of a cart traveling mechanism on the seaside of a quayside container crane; s2, a horizontal jacking support is welded to the partial load beam, and a horizontal jack is arranged on the horizontal jacking support and used for jacking the vertical jack assembly, so that the vertical jack assembly generates displacement in the horizontal direction; s3, arranging a tractor on one side of the moving direction of the crane traveling mechanism on the land side of the quay crane, and fixedly connecting the tractor with a balance beam of the crane traveling mechanism on the land side of the quay crane; and S4, position adjustment is conducted on a cart walking mechanism on the shore bridge sea side in the sea-land side direction through the horizontal jack, and deviation correction is conducted on the whole shore bridge. The technology of deviation rectification and rail falling of the whole machine is achieved in a sliding mode. According to the deviation rectifying and rail falling method, the influence on wharf operation of a user can be reduced, the operation efficiency is improved, meanwhile, large hoisting equipment is prevented from being used, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种用于岸边集装箱起重机的纠偏落轨方法,其包括以下步骤:S1、在岸桥海侧的大车行走机构的平衡梁下部,布置分载梁和垂直千斤顶组件;S2、在分载梁上焊接水平顶升支座,并在水平顶升支座上布置水平千斤顶,用于顶升垂直千斤顶组件,使垂直千斤顶组件产生水平方向的位移;S3、在岸桥陆侧的大车行走机构的移动方向一侧布置牵引车,并与岸桥陆侧的大车行走机构的平衡梁固定连接;S4、通过水平千斤顶对岸桥海侧的大车行走机构在海陆侧方向进行位置调整,对岸桥整机进行纠偏。本发明通过滑移的方式来实现整机纠偏落轨的技术。这种纠偏落轨方法能够降低对用户码头作业的影响,提升作业效率,同时避免使用大型吊装设备,且降低成本。
