The invention discloses an aircraft landing buffer device, an aircraft landing control system and an aircraft, relates to the field of aircrafts, and aims to solve the problems of high cost of a landing buffer device and low safety of a landing leg unlocking mode. The device comprises an air supply device, a first controllable valve assembly, a second controllable valve assembly, a supporting leg, a pneumatic unfolding control mechanism and a pneumatic unlocking mechanism, the air supply device is connected with the unfolding control mechanism and the unlocking mechanism through the two controllable valve assemblies, and the unfolding control mechanism and the unlocking mechanism are both connected with the supporting leg. The device is in a pre-expansion mode. The aircraft landing buffer device, the aircraft landing control system and the aircraft are used for aircraft landing.
