The invention discloses an aircraft landing gear buffer which comprises an outer cylinder, a piston component and a movable component; an inner cylinder is movably arranged in the outer cylinder; a first cavity and the second cavity are formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, and the size of each of the first cavity and the second cavity varies along with movement of the inner cylinder; a third cavity is formed in the inner cylinder; at least one first damping hole is formed between the first cavity and the second cavity; at least one second damping hole is formed between thesecond cavity and the third cavity; buffering gas is filled in the second cavity; buffering liquid is filled in the third cavity; the piston component is arranged in the third cavity; one end of themovable component is connected with the piston component through an elastic piece; the other end of the movable component stretches out of the outer cylinder to be connected with an impacted component; the movable component moves upwards to compress the elastic piece to generate elastic force to carry out first-stage buffering; the piston component moves upwards to compress the buffering liquid tocarry out second-stage buffering; and the inner cylinder moves upwards to compress the buffering gas to carry out third-stage buffering. The aircraft landing gear buffer has three-stage buffering, automatically selects first-stage or multi-stage buffering according to the size of the impact load, and can absorb larger impact and also can filter smaller vibration.

    本发明公开了一种飞机起落架缓冲器,包括:外筒;内筒可移动地设于外筒内,内筒和外筒之间设有体积随内筒移动变化的第一腔和第二腔,内筒内部设有第三腔,第一腔与第二腔之间设有至少一个第一阻尼孔,第二腔与第三腔之间设有至少一个第二阻尼孔,第二腔设有缓冲气,第三腔设有缓冲液;活塞组件设于所述第三腔;移动组件一端通过弹性件与活塞组件连接、另一端伸出外筒与受冲击部件连接;移动组件向上移动压缩弹性件产生弹力以进行第一级缓冲;活塞组件向上移动压缩缓冲液以进行第二级缓冲;内筒向上移动压缩缓冲气以进行第三级缓冲。该缓冲器具有三级缓冲,根据受到的冲击载荷大小自动选用一级或多级缓冲,即可吸收较大的冲击也可过滤较小的振动。
