The invention relates to the technical field of underwater rescue, in particular to a modular underwater omni-directional rescue platform which comprises a floating and sinking module, a power supply module and a pod driver, the floating and sinking module is formed by processing a buoyancy material, holding parts are arranged on the two sides of the floating and sinking module, an arc-shaped surface is arranged at the front end of the floating and sinking module, and the power supply module is arranged on the arc-shaped surface. A connecting support is arranged at the rear end of the floating and sinking module, and power mounting parts are arranged on the two sides of the connecting support. The power supply module is arranged in the floating and sinking module; the number of the pod drivers is two, the two pod drivers are arranged on the power installation part, and the power supply module is used for supplying power to the pod drivers. Through innovative modular design and function combination, rescue work in water is more efficient, flexible and safe, and a reliable working platform and technical support are provided for rescue workers.
