The invention discloses a wet dragging method for a wind power platform, which belongs to the technical field of ocean engineering and comprises the following steps: S1, mounting an air bag group on a buoy of the wind power platform, and injecting air into the air bag group; s2, water is injected into the dock where the wind power platform is located, so that the wind power platform floats; s3, dragging the wind power platform out of the dock by using a tugboat, and wet-dragging the wind power platform to a working sea area; s4, tension legs are installed on the wind power platform dragged to the working sea area; and S5, deflating and recycling the air bag group. Extra auxiliary buoyancy is provided for the wind power platform, the structural design of the tension leg type wind power platform is optimized, the in-place displacement of the wind power platform is reduced, meanwhile, the number of steel needed for building the wind power platform is reduced, and therefore the building cost is saved to a great extent; in addition, compared with a traditional temporary buoy, the installation procedure of the offshore tension leg type wind power platform can be effectively simplified due to the fact that the air bag is convenient to install and detach, and installation cost and time are saved.
