The invention relates to the technical field of ocean equipment, and discloses an offshore unmanned comprehensive detection platform based on offshore wave energy power generation. The offshore comprehensive detection platform is placed on the sea surface, and the skirt type floating module surrounding the outer ring of the frame is used for carrying out buoyancy support on the comprehensive detection platform, so that the detection platform can stay on the sea surface for a long time. Besides, due to the arrangement of the wave energy comprehensive power generation and energy storage system, in the process that the detection platform stays on the sea, sea waves continuously provide electric energy for the detection platform, and the attention to environmental protection and sustainable development is fully reflected. Moreover, the wireless charging technology is utilized, electric energy supplement of unmanned detection equipment is facilitated, the detection platform can operate autonomously for a long time, the cruising ability is enhanced, and the working efficiency is improved. Based on the combination of the measures and the structure, the capability of ocean detection is greatly enhanced, and a more comprehensive and deep data collection means is provided for ocean resource investigation, environment detection and the like.
