The invention relates to the field of vehicle control, and discloses an energy management control method and device of a vehicle, a computer readable medium and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a set target energy management operation mode; if the target energy management operation mode is an intelligent-electric hybrid mode, state information and/or driving demand information are/is acquired; if the residual electric quantity of the power battery belongs to a first residual electric quantity interval, pure electric driving is carried out when the opening degree of the accelerator pedal is smaller than a set value, and an engine is started when the opening degree of the accelerator pedal reaches the set value; if the remaining capacity of the power battery belongs to the second remaining capacity interval, the vehicle is controlled to run according to the vehicle speed interval to which the vehicle speed belongs, and the frequency of the vehicle driven by the engine to run in the high-speed interval is higher than the frequency of the vehicle driven by the engine to run in the low-speed interval. According to the method, an intelligent hybrid mode is provided, the fuel consumption and drivability requirements of the whole vehicle can be integrated, and the economical efficiency and the NVH performance of the whole vehicle are improved.
