When the mining electric locomotive is braked, the controller controls the motor of the driving hub to be powered off, transmits a signal to the electric push plate through the standby power supply, controls the electric push plate to stretch out and drives the wire brake device or the oil brake device to tightly hold the driving hub, so that the braking of the driving hub is realized, the braking response is sensitive, and the automatic control is realized; the brake adjusting module is used for combining the bus voltage value of the bus circuit and the driving time sequence data of the electric locomotive to conduct brake adjusting index analysis so as to assist in adjusting the extending gear of the electric push plate, and therefore the length of the brake distance is controlled, and the brake efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了矿用电机车备用电源刹车控制系统,涉及电机车控制技术领域,通过设置备用电源,监测主电源电压并结合电机车的行驶时序数据计算控制电推板从而完成刹车,解决了刹车装置和电机装置启动时间不一致,制动效率低的问题;包括控制器、行驶监测模块以及刹车调节模块;当矿用电机车刹车时,控制器控制驱动轮毂的电机断电,并经由备用电源输送信号至电推板,控制电推板伸出,带动线刹装置或油刹装置抱紧驱动轮毂,实现驱动轮毂的制动,制动反应灵敏,实现了自动化控制;刹车调节模块用于结合母线电路的母线电压值和电机车的行驶时序数据进行刹车调节指数分析,以辅助调节电推板的伸出档位,从而控制制动距离的长短,有效提高刹车效率。
