The invention provides a wheel end braking device with a braking motor overtemperature protection function, an electronic mechanical braking system and an electric vehicle. The wheel end braking device comprises a service braking unit, a parking braking unit and a wheel end controller. In the braking process of the electric vehicle, the wheel end controller responds to the fact that the winding temperature of the braking motor is larger than or equal to the first temperature, and the wheel end controller is used for controlling the braking motor to reduce torque output and controlling the parking braking unit to output parking braking force; the wheel end controller responds to the situation that the torque output by the braking motor is larger than or equal to a first preset torque value, and the wheel end controller is used for controlling the braking motor to reduce torque output and controlling the parking braking unit to output parking braking force. According to the wheel end braking device and the electronic mechanical braking system, under the condition that the hardware cost is not increased, the thermal load of the braking motor of the electric vehicle is reduced, the service life of the braking motor is prolonged, and the operation reliability of the electric vehicle is improved.

    本申请提供一种具有制动电机超温保护功能的轮端制动装置、电子机械制动系统以及电动车辆。该轮端制动装置包括行车制动单元、驻车制动单元以及轮端控制器。在电动车辆制动过程中,轮端控制器响应于制动电机的绕组温度大于或等于第一温度,轮端控制器用于控制制动电机减小扭矩输出并控制驻车制动单元输出驻车制动力,或者,轮端控制器响应于制动电机输出的扭矩大于或等于第一预设扭矩值,轮端控制器用于控制制动电机减小扭矩输出并控制驻车制动单元输出驻车制动力。本申请提供的轮端制动装置以及电子机械制动系统可以在不增加硬件成本的情况下,降低电动车辆制动电机的热负荷,提高制动电机的运行寿命以及电动车辆的运行可靠性。
