According to the battery heat preservation method, a heat preservation strategy for predicting the wakeup time is adopted, after a vehicle is powered off, the wakeup duration is determined according to the preset heat preservation starting threshold value and the pre-built temperature change rate table, and the situation that the wakeup duration is large when the temperature difference between the power-off battery temperature and the heat preservation starting threshold value is large is obtained through table look-up; when the temperature difference is small, the heat preservation awakening frequency is reduced when the temperature difference is large, the heat preservation awakening frequency is increased when the temperature difference is small, the heat preservation awakening frequency is optimized, and it is guaranteed that the battery heat preservation function is started in time; a protection mechanism is introduced by replacing the value of the wake-up duration, so that energy waste caused by too high heat preservation wake-up frequency and untimely heat preservation caused by too low heat preservation wake-up frequency are prevented; when the power-off duration is equal to the awakening duration, the temperature measurement function is awakened, the battery is subjected to heat preservation, and when the current battery temperature is smaller than or equal to the heat preservation starting threshold value, the battery heat preservation function is awakened, unnecessary heat preservation awakening is avoided, and energy consumption is reduced.

    本申请提供一种电池保温方法,采用预测唤醒时间的保温策略,在车辆下电后,根据预设的保温开启阈值和预先构建的温度变化速率表确定唤醒时长,通过查表得到唤醒时长在下电电池温度和保温开启阈值间的温差较大时较大,在温差较小时较小,实现了在温差较大时减少保温唤醒频率,在温差较小时增加保温唤醒频率,优化了保温唤醒频率并保证及时开启电池保温功能;并通过替换唤醒时长的数值引入保护机制,防止出现保温唤醒频率过高导致的能源浪费和保温唤醒频率过低导致的不及时保温;在下电时长等于唤醒时长,唤醒测温功能,对电池进行保温,并在当前电池温度小于或等于保温开启阈值时,唤醒电池保温功能,避免不必要的保温唤醒,减少能耗。
