The invention discloses an energy cycle torque control method and system for working conditions of a four-axis electric mine car, and the method comprises the steps: collecting a vehicle pedal signal and state information, and judging whether the mine car is in an uphill working condition or a downhill working condition; if it is judged that the mine car is uphill or driven, a GA off-line optimization driving torque distribution strategy is executed to distribute the driving torque of each shaft of the mine car; if yes, executing a fuzzy control algorithm and an axle load ideal braking torque distribution strategy to distribute the braking torque of each axle of the mine car; and a corresponding control instruction is output. According to the energy cycle torque control method for the working condition of the four-axis electric mine car, in the uphill or driving process of the mine car, the torque distribution coefficient is subjected to offline processing, and therefore the purpose of reducing energy consumption is achieved; and meanwhile, in the downhill or braking process of the mine car, inter-axle braking force distribution is performed according to the calculated real-time dynamic load of each axle, so that the purpose of recycling energy is achieved.

    本发明公开了用于四轴电动矿车工况的能量循环力矩控制方法及系统,包括:收集车辆踏板信号和状态信息,判断矿车处于上坡工况还是下坡工况;若判断为上坡或驱动,则执行GA离线优化驱动力矩分配策略对矿车各轴的驱动力矩进行分配;若判断为下坡或制动,则执行基于模糊控制算法和轴荷理想制动力矩分配策略对矿车各个车轴的制动力矩进行分配;并输出相对应的控制指令。本发明提供的用于四轴电动矿车工况的能量循环力矩控制方法,在矿车上坡或驱动过程中,对转矩分配系数进行离线化处理,从而达到减小能耗的目的;同时对矿车下坡或制动过程,依据计算出的各车轴实时动态载荷进行轴间制动力分配,达到能量回收再利用的目的。
