The invention discloses a complex working condition-oriented vehicle multi-system coordination torque control method, which belongs to the technical field of vehicle stability control, and specifically comprises the following steps of: 1) acquiring real-time state information in a vehicle driving process through a vehicle sensor; 2) analyzing a stable boundary and an ideal track of the vehicle in combination with various data information; (3) an integrated multi-system coordination controller is designed, ideal operation condition data serve as system input, and transverse and longitudinal force and yaw moment needed by operation of the vehicle in the ideal state are calculated; and 4) further distributing the kinetic parameters, and issuing the kinetic parameters to a specific lower system to realize final control. From the perspective of the whole, a multi-system coordination control scheme based on AFS, DYC and SFS is provided, a hierarchical management framework is adopted by a controller, and model predictive control and optimization control methods are combined. The control defect of a single system is overcome, and the movement stability of the vehicle under complex working conditions can be remarkably improved.

    本发明公开一种面向复杂工况的车辆多系统协调力矩控制方法,属于车辆稳定性控制技术领域,具体包括以下步骤:1)通过车辆传感器获取车辆行驶过程中的实时状态信息;2)结合多种数据信息对车辆稳定边界以及理想轨迹进行分析;3)设计集成的多系统协调控制器,将理想的运行工况数据作为系统输入,计算车辆理想状态下运行所需的横纵向力与偏航力矩;4)对上述动力学参数做进一步的分配,并下发到具体的下位系统实现最终的控制。本发明从整体的角度出发,提出基于AFS、DYC、SFS的多系统协调控制的方案,控制器采用分层管理的框架,结合了模型预测控制和最优化控制方法。克服单一系统控制缺陷,能显著提高车辆在复杂工况下运动的稳定性。
