The power module thermal protection method comprises the following steps: identifying the working condition of a motor controller; thermal protection parameters of the power module are determined according to the working conditions, and different thermal protection parameters correspond to different thermal degradation and thermal shutdown strategies. The working condition of the motor controller is identified, then the thermal protection parameters of the power module are determined according to the working condition, namely, the thermal protection parameters of the power module can be adjusted according to the actual working condition, then different countermeasures such as different thermal degradation and thermal shutdown strategies can be taken according to the thermal protection parameters, and on the premise that torque output is guaranteed, the reliability of the motor controller is improved. The power module is prevented from being damaged due to overheating, enough torque can still be output within the thermal protection range, and therefore the power requirement of the whole vehicle is met.

    本发明提供了一种功率模块热保护方法、系统及车辆,涉及车辆技术领域。本发明所述的功率模块热保护方法包括:识别电机控制器的工况;根据所述工况确定功率模块的热保护参数,其中,不同的所述热保护参数对应不同的热降级和热关断策略。本发明通过识别电机控制器的工况,然后根据工况确定功率模块的热保护参数,即可以根据实际工况调整功率模块的热保护参数,进而可以根据热保护参数采取不同的应对措施,例如不同的热降级和热关断策略,在保证扭矩输出的前提下,避免功率模块过热损坏,确保在热保护的范围内仍能输出足够的扭矩,从而满足整车动力需求。
