The invention relates to an aviation radial tire structure and a design method thereof. The aviation radial tire structure comprises tread rubber, a belted layer and shoulder pad rubber, a sidewall comprises sidewall rubber, sealant and a tire body layer, and a tire bead comprises filling rubber, seam allowance rubber, apex and a steel wire ring; according to the standard size, air pressure and load of the tire and the design standard of the aircraft tire, the form of each structure formed by the profile curve is determined; by analyzing parameters such as standard sizes of a tire crown, a tire shoulder, a tire sidewall and a tire bead of the aviation radial tire, the tire meeting the standard is designed. According to the aviation radial tire mechanism provided by the invention, the whole crown part is large in grounding area, uniform in stress, low in heat generation in the use process and better in durability by changing the crown structure, and the shoulder part is large in rigidity, thin in material thickness and enhanced in heat dissipation performance by changing the design of the shoulder structure.

    本发明涉及一种航空子午线轮胎结构及其设计方法,包括胎面胶、带束层、肩垫胶、胎侧包括胎侧胶、密封胶和胎体层、胎圈包括填充胶、子口胶、三角胶和钢丝圈;根据轮胎标准尺寸、气压、载荷,以及航空轮胎设计标准,确定轮廓曲线组成各结构的形式;通过对航空子午线轮胎的胎冠、胎肩、胎侧和胎圈的标准尺寸等参数分析,设计出符合标准的轮胎。本发明提出的一种航空子午线轮胎机构通过对胎冠结构的改动使得整个冠部接地面积大,受力均匀,使用过程中生热低,耐久性能更好,通过对胎肩结构的设计改动使得胎肩部位刚度大,材料厚度薄,散热性能加强。
