The invention relates to the field of tire production, in particular to an aviation radial tire seam allowance protection method and a tire. A fixed contact area and an intermittent contact area where a tire seam allowance is jointed with a rim are respectively protected by lower protective rubber and upper protective rubber which are made of different rubber compositions. The lower protective rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: based on 100 parts of olefin rubber, 5-15 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 75-85 parts of a reinforcing agent, 2-5 parts of tackifying resin, 4-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 5-10 parts of environment-friendly oil, 0.5-2.5 parts of insoluble sulfur and 1-2.5 parts of an accelerant. The upper protective rubber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: based on 100 parts of olefin rubber, 3-8 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 65-75 parts of a reinforcing agent, 1-5 parts of tackifying resin, 4-6 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-3 parts of protective wax, 0-7 parts of environment-friendly oil, 0.5-2.5 parts of insoluble sulfur and 1-2.5 parts of an accelerant.
本发明涉及轮胎生产领域,具体地说是一种航空子午线轮胎子口防护方法及轮胎。在轮胎子口与轮辋着合的固定接触区和间歇接触区分别采用由不同的橡胶组合物构成的下防护胶和上防护胶进行防护。所述的下防护胶由以下重量比例的原料制成:以100份的烯烃类橡胶为基准,还包含,氧化锌5~15,硬脂酸1~3份,补强剂75~85份,增粘树脂2~5份,防老剂4~6份,环保油5~10份,不溶性硫磺0.5~2.5份,促进剂1~2.5份。所述的上防护胶由以下重量比例的原料制成:以100份的烯烃类橡胶为基准,还包含,氧化锌3~8份,硬脂酸1~3份,补强剂65~75份,增粘树脂1~5份,防老剂4~6份,防护蜡1~3份,环保油0~7份,不溶性硫磺0.5~2.5份,促进剂1~2.5份。
