The invention relates to a radial tire structure which comprises a steel wire ring, a triangular rubber core, a tire crown layer, a tire sidewall layer and an inner protective layer, the apex core is arranged at the top of the bead ring; the tire crown layer is arranged above the triangular rubber core; the tire side layer covers the steel wire ring and the apex core and extends to the tire crown layer along the radial direction of the steel wire ring; the inner protective layer wraps the steel wire ring, the apex core, the tire side layer and the tire crown layer; the bottom of the triangular rubber core wraps the steel wire ring in a surrounding manner; a first belted layer and a second belted layer are arranged between the tire crown layer and the inner protective layer; a buffer layer, a steel wire ring belt, a tire body cord fabric layer, a tire body steel wire layer and a sealing layer are arranged in the inner protective layer. Rigid strength is improved through the first belted layer and the second belted layer, all structures are tightly combined through the inner protective layer, structural connection strength is improved, the bead ring is wrapped by the bead filler core, adhesiveness of the bead ring is improved, the bead ring is stably attached to other structures, damage and air leakage are avoided, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种子午线轮胎结构,包括:钢丝圈、三角胶芯、胎冠层、胎侧层和内防护层;三角胶芯设于钢丝圈顶部;胎冠层设于三角胶芯上方;胎侧层包覆于钢丝圈和三角胶芯设置,并沿钢丝圈径向方向延伸至胎冠层;内防护层包覆于钢丝圈、三角胶芯、胎侧层和胎冠层设置;三角胶芯的底部环绕包覆于钢丝圈设置;胎冠层和内防护层之间设有第一带束层和第二带束层;内防护层的内部设有缓冲层、钢丝环带、胎体帘布层、胎体钢丝层和密封层。通过第一带束层和第二带束层提高刚性强度,并通过内防护层使各结构间紧密结合,提高结构连接强度,再通过三角胶芯包覆钢丝圈,提高钢丝圈粘合性,使钢丝圈与其他结构稳固贴合,避免破损、漏气的情况,提高了使用寿命。
