The invention provides a pattern structure and a radial tire so as to meet the driving safety, comfort and controllability of an electric automobile. The pattern structure comprises a third pattern arranged on the third tread part; the third pattern comprises a plurality of first inclined grooves which are distributed in the circumferential direction of the radial tire at intervals, the first inclined grooves comprise a plurality of first groove units which are sequentially distributed in the circumferential direction of the radial tire, and each first groove unit comprises two first inclined grooves which are sequentially distributed in the circumferential direction of the radial tire; the two first inclined grooves of the first groove unit are respectively a second inclined groove and a second cutter groove; one end of the second inclined groove extends to the second longitudinal groove, and the other end of the second inclined groove and the third longitudinal groove are arranged at intervals; the groove width of the second inclined groove is gradually reduced in the direction from the connecting end of the second inclined groove to the free end of the second inclined groove; one end of the second cutter groove extends to the third longitudinal groove, and the other end of the second cutter groove and the second longitudinal groove are arranged at intervals.
