本发明公开了一种ETC地磁及一种移动巡检装置;基于本发明,ETC地磁一侧设置5.8GHz国标ETC射频收发芯片、绑定于泊位号的车辆检测器,另一侧倾斜设置微波射频通讯器收发天线且定向于泊位规范停车ETC车辆OBU所在方位,日常向后台提供准确的泊位状态变化信息的同时,也可在移动巡检装置无线唤醒时,提供泊位号与ETC车牌号的精准匹配信息;本发明的移动巡检装置整机采用低功耗设计方案,其镜头取景窗布设采用可遮风避雨的梯形凹口结构,通过采用微带二功分器实现同源双唤醒OBU及ETC地磁,有效解决了泊位卫星定位方法易受环境变量影响产生漂移、因巡检车超速所引发的失同步技术难题,确保了交易的完整性与定位的准确性。
