The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging fault diagnosis method and a charging test data acquisition system. For a data acquisition analyzer, the electric vehicle charging fault diagnosis method comprises the following steps: acquiring charging data, digital quantity feedback data and interactive message data between a charging pile and a charging vehicle; performing data verification on the charging data; and uploading the digital quantity feedback data, the interaction message data and the verified charging data to a cloud platform so as to indicate the cloud platform to carry out charging fault diagnosis and charging error analysis. For a cloud platform, the electric vehicle charging fault diagnosis method comprises the following steps: receiving interaction message data, digital quantity feedback data and verified charging data uploaded by a data acquisition analyzer; and performing charging fault diagnosis and charging error analysis on the charging process based on the interactive message data, the digital quantity feedback data and the verified charging data. The cloud platform can automatically carry out charging fault diagnosis, so that the cost can be greatly saved, and the real-time performance of fault diagnosis is improved.
