An auxiliary power system of an electric bicycle comprises an electronic device, a driving module, a motor module and a battery module. A plurality of auxiliary power modes, a treading speed comparison set value and a heart rate set value are loaded in the electronic device. The driving module is electrically connected with the electronic device. The motor module is electrically connected with the driving module. The battery module is electrically connected with the electronic device. The biological sensing module is electrically connected with the electronic device. When the stepping speed is sensed by the motor module or the human physiological signal is sensed by the biological sensing module to reach a set value, the electronic device provides an auxiliary power mode signal output, the motor module is driven by the driving module, and an auxiliary power output is generated according to an auxiliary power mode. The auxiliary power is used for assisting riding of the electric bicycle.
