The invention relates to a bicycle. In order to overcome the defect that the existing bicycle generating device has a low generating utilization ratio, the invention discloses a self-generating electric auxiliary power bicycle which comprises a generator/motor, a control device, an electrical storage device, a speed sensing part and an expected speed setting device, wherein the control device is used for comparing a vehicle speed actual value with a vehicle speed expected value; when the vehicle speed actual value is greater than the vehicle speed expected value, the control device controls the generator/motor to work in the generator state; and when the vehicle speed actual value is less than the vehicle speed expected value, the control device controls the generator/motor to work in the motor state. According to the invention, when the bicycle decelerates, the generator/motor generates electricity, and the electric energy is stored in a storage battery or a storage capacitor; and when the bicycle accelerates, the storage battery or the storage capacitor storing the electric energy discharges electricity to enable the generator/motor to work in the motor state so as to assist acceleration of the power bicycle, thereby fully utilizing the effects of the generating device and the electrical storage device on the bicycle.
