The invention discloses surveying and mapping scanning equipment based on an unmanned aerial vehicle technology in the technical field of surveying and mapping. The surveying and mapping scanning equipment comprises a first data acquisition module used for acquiring wind power and wind direction of a measurement area; the second data acquisition module is used for acquiring topographic data of the measurement area; the data uploading module is used for receiving the wind power and the wind direction acquired by the first data acquisition module, transmitting the wind power and the wind direction to the intelligent analysis module and sending the topographic data acquired by the second data acquisition module to the ground monitoring system; the intelligent analysis module is used for establishing a function relationship among the wind power, the inclination angle of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the photo inclination angle, and analyzing and judging the inclination angle and the inclination direction of the unmanned aerial vehicle through the acquired wind power and wind direction of the measurement area; the camera deflection module is used for controlling the holder to adjust the shooting angle of the camera. By adopting the scheme, inclination of the camera shaft can be effectively avoided, and the shooting precision of the surveying and mapping scanning equipment under wind disturbance is not influenced, so that the robustness of the surveying and mapping scanning equipment is improved.

    本发明公开了测绘技术领域的一种基于无人机技术的测绘扫描设备,包括:第一数据采集模块用于采集测量区域的风力以及风向;第二数据采集模块用于采集测量区域的地形数据;数据上传模块用于接收第一数据采集模块采集的风力和风向并传输给智能分析模块,将第二数据采集模块采集的地形数据发送至地面监控系统;智能分析模块用于将风力、无人机的倾斜角度以及像片倾角建立函数关系,通过获取的测量区域的风力大小和风向分析判断无人机的倾斜角度和倾斜方向;相机偏转模块用于控制云台调整摄像机拍摄角度。采用本方案能够有效避免摄影机轴发生倾斜,使测绘扫描设备在风扰下的拍摄精度不受影响,从而提高测绘扫描设备的鲁棒性。
