The invention discloses an elevator compensation chain capable of rapidly relieving stress and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of compensation chains, the elevator compensation chain comprises a chain ring, a connecting frame and a stress relieving unit, a connecting rod is movably installed on the inner side of the chain ring in a penetrating mode, a joint bearing is installed at the bottom of the connecting frame in a penetrating mode, and a swing rod is installed in the joint bearing; the bottom of the swing rod is connected with the top of the other chain ring below the swing rod, and the stress relieving unit is arranged on the outer side of the chain ring and used for enabling swing of the chain ring parallel to the plane where the elevator and the balance weight are located to disappear rapidly. Elastic pressure is applied to the chain wheel, so that the swinging compensation chain can rapidly stop swinging, stress between chain rings is rapidly eliminated, the phenomenon of uneven balance weight caused by swinging of the compensation chain is reduced, the stability of an elevator is improved, the lifting ring can move upwards to increase the maximum swinging angle of the chain rings when the pressure of the pressing wheel on the chain rings is too large, and the service life of the elevator is prolonged. Therefore, the pressure of the pinch roller on the chain ring is reduced, and the damage to the pinch roller and the chain ring is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种快速消除应力的电梯补偿链及其使用方法,涉及补偿链技术领域,包括链环、连接框、应力消除单元,所述链环的内侧贯穿活动安装有连接杆,所述连接框的底部贯穿安装有关节轴承,所述关节轴承的内部安装有摆动杆,所述摆动杆的底部与下方的另一个链环的顶部相连接,所述应力消除单元设置在链环的外侧,用来使平行于电梯与配重所在面的链环的摆动快速消失。本发明对链轮施加弹性压力,使摆动的补偿链可以快速停止摆动,快速消除链环之间的应力,降低补偿链因摆动造成的配重不均匀的现象,增加电梯的稳定性,且可以在压轮对链环压力过大时使升降环上移增加链环的最大摆动角度,进而降低压轮对链环的压力,从而降低压轮和链环的损伤。
