The elevator tension compensation chain cable compensation device comprises a compensation chain cable and further comprises a base, a main shaft, a mounting wheel and a tension compensation mechanism, the two ends of the main shaft are arranged on the base through bearings, and the mounting wheel is connected with the main shaft through a transmission structure so that the mounting wheel and the main shaft can rotate synchronously; the compensation chain cable is matched with the installation wheel and can drive the installation wheel to rotate, and the compensation mechanism is connected with the installation wheel or the main shaft in a matched mode so that the rotation resistance borne by the installation wheel or the main shaft can be larger and larger when the installation wheel or the main shaft continuously rotates towards one direction. By arranging the mounting wheel, the compensation chain cable is connected with the mounting wheel in a winding mode, so that the function of controlling the motion range of the compensation chain cable is achieved, meanwhile, the mounting wheel is connected with the special compensation mechanism in a matched mode, and corresponding compensation force is output according to the relative position of the lift car and the counterweight; therefore, a relative relation can be perfectly formed with the length change of the hoisting ropes on the two sides, and dynamic balance is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种电梯拉力补偿链缆补偿装置,包括补偿链缆,还包括基座、主轴、安装轮和拉力补偿机构,所述的主轴两端通过轴承设置基座上,所述安装轮通过传动结构与主轴连接,使得安装轮与主轴同步转动,所述的补偿链缆与安装轮配合且能带动安装轮转动,所述的补偿机构与安装轮或主轴配合连接从而使得安装轮或主轴持续往一个方向转动时受到的转动阻力越来越大。本发明通过设置安装轮使得补偿链缆与安装轮绕接从而实现了控制补偿链缆运动范围的功能,同时通过安装轮连接特殊的补偿机构配合,实现了根据轿厢和对重的相对位置输出对应的补偿力,从而能完美地与两侧曳引绳长度变化形成相对关系,实现动态平衡。
