The invention belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle inspection, and particularly relates to an empty wall inspection robot. Comprising a rope winder and a cable wound on the rope winder, one end of the cable is connected with a ground power supply and a control terminal, and the other end of the cable is connected with a negative pressure module; the negative pressure module comprises a machine body which is provided with an adsorption cavity. A support is arranged in the adsorption cavity, the support is composed of an outer frame, an inner frame and a plurality of connecting frames, negative pressure fans are symmetrically arranged on the outer frame along the central axis of the machine body, and the output ends of the negative pressure fans are connected with propellers; a power supply module is arranged on the inner frame and is connected with the negative pressure fan and a ground power supply; the support adopts an aluminum alloy structure and is manufactured through metal 3D printing, and the machine body adopts a carbon fiber shell. The negative pressure module is connected with a ground power source and a control terminal through cables, long-time and stable operation can be achieved, a key structure is reinforced through light materials, a supporting component is manufactured through the metal 3D printing technology, and the operation efficiency and safety of the negative pressure module are effectively improved.

    本发明属于无人机巡检技术领域,具体是涉及一种空壁巡检机器人。包括:收绳器和缠绕在收绳器上的线缆,线缆的一端连接地面电源和控制终端,另一端连接负压模块;负压模块包括机体,机体具有吸附腔;吸附腔内部设有支座,支座由外框架、内框架及多根连接架组成,外框架沿机体中心轴线对称设置负压风机,负压风机的输出端连接螺旋桨;内框架上设有电源模块,电源模块与负压风机和地面电源相连;支座采用铝合金结构,通过金属3D打印制造,机体采用碳纤维外壳。该负压模块通过线缆与地面电源和控制终端相连,能够实现长时间、稳定地进行作业,采用轻质材料强化关键结构,并利用金属3D打印技术制造支撑部件,有效地提高负压模块的操作效率和安全性。
