The invention belongs to the technical field of solar sail spacecrafts, and particularly relates to a rapid folding method for a sail surface of a large solar sail. The method comprises the following steps: S1, folding a square solar sail surface twice along two diagonal directions to form an isosceles right triangle sail surface; s2, the isosceles right triangle sail surface is repeatedly and symmetrically folded on the left side and the right side in a Z-shaped folding mode with the height line as the center line, and a long-strip-shaped folding sail surface is formed; and S3, winding the strip-shaped folding sail surface on the reel. The folding quality and speed of the sail surface of the solar sail are improved, the number of film folding personnel is greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, the sail surfaces cannot be intertwined, so that the reliability is improved.

    本发明属于太阳帆航天器技术领域,特别涉及一种大幅太阳帆帆面快速折叠方法。该方法包括以下步骤:步骤S1:将方形太阳帆帆面沿两个对角线方向对折两次,形成等腰直角三角形帆面;步骤S2:将等腰直角三角形帆面以高度线为中线,左右两侧以Z形折叠方式反复对称折叠,形成长条形折叠帆面;步骤S3:将长条形折叠帆面缠绕于卷轴上。本发明不仅提高了太阳帆帆面的折叠质量和速度,而且大大减少了叠膜人员的数量,提高了工作效率;同时帆面不会出现相互缠绕等现象,提高了可靠性。
